About BTG Web Services
BTG is a Christian based, freelance web design and development business owned by myself, Tom David, and located in New Berlin, WI.
The mission of BTG Web Services is to provide lower cost website design and development services that will compete with larger more expensive web design companies and Bridge The Gap (BTG) between themselves and larger organizations.
My vision for this business is to help churches, small businesses, non-profit organizations, and individuals reach people through the internet. Through effective web design, marketing, and search engine optimization, my goal is to empower people and organizations to make a huge impact on their futures.
I have been involved in software development since 1997, initially programming software to fix that pesky Y2K problem. In 2001, I changed the direction of my career to focus on software project management and software quality management. Throughout that time, I have continued to develop and maintain websites for myself and my church, staying abreast of changes in the world of web development.
My background in ministry includes serving as Youth Minister for eleven years, Discipleship Team Leader for six years, and in Deacon ministry for ten years. As a teacher and ministry leader, I have studied various methods of church growth and, more recently, using the internet to communicate and minister to people.
My education includes a graduate level certificate in Management Information Systems, and a MBA degree with a concentration on Project Management
